Confidence is high, because the Swiss company address, the CHF prices including MwSt and Swiss Post delivery together settle it. The shop nowhere discusses customs at all, so the conclusion rests on domicile rather than an explicit "no customs charges" statement. Third-party pages also disagree on whether free shipping starts at CHF 50 or CHF 70.
The terms and conditions name Bluebox Shop AG in Wallisellen, in the Zurich area, as the operator. They state that prices are in Swiss francs including statutory VAT, and describe delivery as an ordinary uninsured parcel handled by Swiss Post or an alternative Swiss parcel carrier. That is a domestic Swiss sale from Swiss stock. There is no import declaration and no import VAT to collect, and the carrier charges no clearance fee. Shipping itself is advertised as free, with a CHF 7 charge appearing on small baskets and an extra CHF 7 if you pick Saturday delivery.
The only realistic exception would be an item drop-shipped from a foreign warehouse, or a Swiss resident having an order sent to a German or Austrian delivery address, which the site also offers.
“Die Preise verstehen sich inkl. MwSt in Schweizer Franken (CHF).”
“Bluebox Shop AG, Neue Winterthurerstrasse 99, 8304 Wallisellen”
“The Swiss Number 1 for Sexual Wellbeing ✓ Free Shipping ✓ 100% Discreet ✓ 24h Delivery”
