Do you pay Swiss import VAT and customs charges when ordering from eroticland.ch?
This is a Swiss shop in Dietlikon ZH, so your parcel never crosses the border and nothing is collected at the door. Prices already include Swiss VAT, and shipping costs CHF 8.50 or is free from CHF 100.
Confidence is medium because the Swiss VAT-inclusive pricing and the Dietlikon company address are explicit. The exact domain asked about, eroticland.ch, could not be loaded, and it is matched to erotikland.ch through business directory listings rather than a verified redirect.
The Eroticland shop pages resolve to the Swiss webshop of ANDARO Vertriebs AG, Brandbachstrasse 5, 8305 Dietlikon ZH, the same address listed for the "Sie & Er Eroticland" store. Its terms state that the conditions apply to customers resident in Switzerland, that all prices are in Swiss francs including statutory VAT, and that delivery is by post or courier to the address given. The shipping page quotes a flat CHF 8.50 for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, free above CHF 100, with a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days and discreet neutral packaging. A domestic Swiss dispatch means there is no import clearance, no import VAT event and no carrier presentation fee.
The domain is what complicates the picture. The indexed and reachable storefront is erotikland.ch, while eroticland.ch is the spelling used in directory listings for the same Dietlikon business, and it could not be opened directly to confirm it is a redirect. Neither the shipping page nor the terms mention customs, duty or import charges at all. That is normal for a purely domestic Swiss seller, but it means the conclusion rests on the Swiss company details rather than an explicit "no customs fees" promise. No Reddit or Trustpilot reports about this shop's deliveries were found either way.
Made-to-measure or special-order items that a supplier ships directly from abroad could in principle arrive as an import. The shop's pages do not address that case.
