Shipping to Switzerland is EUR 16.99 standard, EUR 19.99 for bulky goods such as frames and wheels, and EUR 89.99 for complete bikes sent by freight.
A complete bike at the EUR 89.99 haulage rate travels by forwarder rather than DHL, and forwarders sometimes invoice presentation fees separately.
