Prices shown to Swiss shoppers already include Swiss VAT, because the Danish brand is VAT-registered in Switzerland and clears the parcel itself. Nothing should be collected by the courier when the package arrives.
Two of the shop's own pages agree and one names the Swiss VAT registration explicitly, but the terms hedge with the word 'normally' and invite you to report charges, and I found no Swiss buyer reports on Reddit or Trustpilot to confirm the practice in the field.
Son of a Tailor's own FAQ answers the customs question directly: buyers in the UK, Switzerland and Norway see prices including VAT because the company is VAT registered in those countries, and it states that no extra duties apply. The terms and conditions repeat this from the shipping side, saying that customers with Swiss delivery addresses normally should not incur any customs-related fees, and ask anyone who is charged to contact customer service. Orders ship from the EU by DHL Express, and shipping is free on orders of two items or more, with a 10% or 20% quantity discount on top. Since 2024 clothing carries no Swiss duty anyway, so the only charge that could arise is the 8.1% import VAT the shop says it already collects.
A misdeclared consignment or a courier that bills DHL's own advance-payment fee anyway; the shop asks you to contact customer service if that happens, which implies it occasionally does.
“Switzerland (CH), and Norway (NO) will see prices including VAT, as we are VAT registered in those countries”
“the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (US), Canada, and Switzerland normally should not incur any customs-related fees”
“We ship via UPS to the USA and DHL Express to the rest of the world.”
