This UK brand only pre-pays duties and taxes for EU addresses, so a Swiss order falls under its "Rest of World" rules and arrives unpaid. Expect FedEx or DHL to bill you 8.1% Swiss import VAT plus their own clearance fee before they hand the parcel over.
The verdict rests on an inference from an omission: Switzerland is never named, so it is placed in the residual "Rest of World" bucket rather than described directly. No Swiss buyer report or Trustpilot review confirming an actual customs bill could be retrieved, and Trustpilot pages would not load.
The shipping page splits the world into zones and only the EU zone is duty-paid: it states that duties and taxes are covered for customers in EU member states using the FedEx or DHL services, and the USA zone is now charged at checkout. Switzerland is not an EU member and is not named anywhere on the site, so it falls into "Rest of World", where the shop says the buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes, payable on collection or delivery, at FedEx GBP 25.00 or DHL Express GBP 27.50. The FAQ repeats the point in general terms, saying all import duties, customs charges, taxes and admin fees are the customer's responsibility for deliveries outside the UK.
Some Shopify merchants quietly enable DDP for Switzerland in their carrier settings; if a duties line appears at checkout the parcel would arrive fully paid. Check the checkout total for a duties line before assuming otherwise.
