Aqua Computer ships to Switzerland for a flat EUR 43.90, billed without German VAT as an export, and nothing on their pages suggests they collect Swiss VAT at checkout. Expect the carrier to bill you Swiss import VAT of 8.1% plus a clearance fee before handing the parcel over.

The reasoning

The shop's own delivery page lists Switzerland under "Versandkosten für den Versand außerhalb der EU" at EUR 43.90 marked "mehrwertsteuerfrei", i.e. the order is handled as a VAT-free export from Germany, and the delivery-time page shows non-EU European destinations going out with DHL/Deutsche Post or UPS Express. The terms and conditions only state that prices include statutory German VAT plus shipping; there is no Switzerland page, no mention of a Swiss VAT number, and no DDP or "all taxes paid" promise anywhere in the shipping, terms or delivery-time pages.

What complicates this is that the conclusion rests on an omission rather than an explicit sentence: the shop never writes that the buyer owes import VAT and a clearance fee, so there is no line to quote confirming DAP. Aqua Computer is a small niche manufacturer and is very unlikely to reach the CHF 100,000 Swiss small-consignment turnover that would force checkout VAT, but that cannot be verified from the site, and the actual amount you pay on delivery depends on whether the parcel arrives via Swiss Post (cheaper clearance) or UPS Express (dearer). No recent Swiss buyer reports on Reddit or Trustpilot were found either way.
